Concordia College - St Johns Campus

With a tight program centred around all demolition and asbestos removal works happening over the Christmas break, this project involved the construction of a very large central courtyard canopy structure with associated paving, services and infrastructure works. The works also included some new build and refurbishment of surrounding functional areas in a new student toilet block, store rooms and façade upgrade to existing classrooms. This also included new sliding doors and opening leading out to the new large curved concrete formed steps and landing areas which were all constructed by TSDB.

TSDB undertook works to the School whilst it was an operating School environment. This meant a high level of safety and organisation to ensure works could run smoothly and there were minimal interruptions to the School.
